Wi-Fi Connected but No Internet

The Wi-Fi icon only means association with the access point—not that DNS or upstream internet works.

On the iPhone

Forget the network; rejoin and accept captive portal pages in Safari.
Disable VPN and iCloud Private Relay temporarily.
Turn off Private Wi-Fi Address for that SSID as a test.
Set DNS automatically or try 1.1.1.1 / 8.8.8.8 under Wi-Fi → (i) → Configure DNS.

If only your phone fails on every network, reset all settings before erase.
