iPad Screen Won’t Rotate

Rotation is controlled by Control Center, physical switches on older models, and some accessibility modes.

Checklist

• Control Center: ensure Portrait Orientation Lock is off.
• Older iPads: Side Switch may be set to mute or rotation—check Settings.
• Stage Manager or certain apps force orientation.
• Restart the iPad.
